Is your COVID-19 Safety Plan in place and up to date? Are your cleaning and disinfecting protocols and ventilation systems efficient in protecting against the coronavirus? Hygienica provides training courses, sampling services, and the development of COVID-19 Safety Plans and any additional documentation to ensure you are complying with all provincial and federal heath guidelines and have adequate protection measures in place for all users of your building.
Hygienica Environmental provides initial onsite surveying, sample collection and analysis to identify the potential presence of any hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, mould, CFC's, PCB's, mercury, silica) in commercial and residential properties undergoing renovation or demolition. The reports of these findings fulfill all applicable occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations set forth by WorkSafe BC (WSBC) and its enforcement of the Workers Compensation Act (WCA) of BC in a clear, reasonable and efficient manner.
Onsite supervision and air clearance testing during removal of hazardous materials are also conducted in compliance with WSBC/OHS Reg. 20.112. This service ensures the safe removal of all hazardous materials from the site, allowing for re-occupancy of the premises as well as safe working conditions during the abatement process.
Mould and COVID-19 sampling and testing services are conducted to identify the presence and location on indoor building surfaces as well as collecting air spore samples to identify any airborne fungal mould or virus.
